EUFC is very fortunate to play what we consider to be the best pitches in West Kent. Maintained by Edenbridge Town Council and administrated by the Edenbridge Sports Association, we have four senior pitches, one intermediate pitch and one junior pitch, all of which are flat and extremely well drained.
Hidden from sight off Lingfield Road, the quality of our pitches is borne out by the teams which use them on a regular basis, namely Gravesend and Northfleet, Tonbridge Angels and several local clubs. The Rec is also the home of the Tandridge League Mini Soccer Tournament, a two day event which attracts hundreds of teams from one of the country's biggest football leagues and has also been the venue for Tandridge League and Tonbridge League Cup Finals for the past decade.
The quality of the pitches are matched by the facilities. Ten changing rooms, good showers, a kitchen and a large well stocked bar/function area all housed in a well heated, modern building, quite rightly make EUFC the envy of many clubs in the south-east.
Although the Sports Association rent pitches at very competitive rates, they are often booked well in advance. Likewise, the pavilion is often used for birthday parties and wedding breakfasts due to its exceptional location.
